When will my box arrive?
Your box should arrive within 5-7 business days of ordering. If it’s been longer than that, you can contact our support team and we’ll get right on the case!
If you have ordered anything from our “Work From Home Essentials” section, it comes from a different facility than our food & beverage options. We don’t have a lot of control over shipping times, but we can always reach out and ask for an ETA on your behalf.

Can I suggest a product to carry on the Crafty in a Box Website?
You sure can! Email your suggestions to Support@craftydelivers.com, and we will let our lovely Procurement Team know you’re interested.
My favorite snack is sold out! When can I expect its triumphant return?
The supply chain can be tricky, so we don’t always know when we’ll get more product if there’s a shortage. If you’re really jonesin’ for something, feel free to reach out at Support@craftydelivers.com and ask us for a date range. We will get you the most up to date information we can find!
I want to buy a Crafty Crate, but I have some people with allergies in my office. Can you accommodate that right now?
Unfortunately, we cannot make substitutions to the curated crates to accommodate allergies. We know this is a bummer and are working on it. In the meantime, you can order individual boxes that are gluten free, nut free, and vegan in addition to your Crate order. This way, you can make sure everyone is able to snack!
Can I set up a recurring order for Crafty Crates or Bulk?
You absolutely can! We are big fans of set it and forget it. Let us know you want to “set” it by emailing us at Support@craftydelivers.com so you can instantly “forget” it!
My discount code isn’t working. Can you fix it so I can get my precious snacks?
Oh no! We firmly believe that nothing should stand in the way of you and your snacks. The most common issue when it comes to codes not working is the email address. Make sure you are using the correct email that the code was assigned to. In many cases it’s a work vs. personal email problem. If that is not the case, email us at Support@craftydelivers.com and we’ll get on it ASAP!
How do I set up a Crafty in a Box program at my office?

Can I send a personalized note in my care package(s)?
Yes! FYI - Orders over 50 care packages will include a $1 note fee per box.
What if I need to send care packages to multiple addresses?
You can ship your order to multiple addresses! If you have over 10 addresses and would prefer to send us your recipient info via spreadsheet, reach out to Support@craftydelivers.com with the names, addresses, and care package selections in a spreadsheet. 10% management fee will be included.
